Do you have specialized knowledge or experience in any area that would be helpful to our neighborhood?

Do you want to help but simply can't commit to the time involved in joining a committee or Board of Directors?

The Advisory Council will provide specialized advice to the Board of Directors on an as-needed basis regarding specific situations affecting the future of our neighborhood. This could include various areas of legal advice, county and zoning regulations, municipal utility district expertise, security issues, property and land legalities, insurance issues, property and/or real estate management and many more.

When you join the Advisory Council you will only be called upon for your specific area of expertise - should the need arise. There are no weekly or monthly meetings to attend or other time consuming activities.

The Board of Directors will only call upon the individuals in the Advisory Council for their particular area of expertise, should the need arise.
